Remembering John Eager Howard and His Vision for Baltimore
Thank you so much for explaining where the concept for 'ground rent' began. Not being from Baltimore, I found it confusing when reading my grandparent's deeds.

ReplyDeleteThis is my Great Great Grandfather, I have a chest full of letters and correspondence between the Howards', Keys' and Chews'. Amazing history.
